One of the project aims is to exploit opportunities for cross border cooperation by developing common mechanisms and actions on strategic issues, such as the creation of conditions for the future development of competitive cross-border clusters.

Among the project actions is to support the development of clusters in strategic sectors of the regional economy (agrofood, building materials / construction, sustainable tourism and creative industry) by delivering focus groups to investigate the creation of competitive clusters.
